I’m glad you’re here.

Being human is so challenging.

You’re functioning, showing up, doing what’s expected- but something underneath isn’t clicking. Maybe it’s anxiety, self-doubt, relationship patterns, or the sense that your’e circling the same issues despite understanding them. There are times when we’re not functioning or able to show up. We can feel like we’re going backwards, engaging in self-destructive behaviors, or confronting change or a loss that feels like a crisis.

Self-awareness is necessary, but it might not be enough to produce lasting change.

Therapy works because it creates the space to be honest about what’s actually happening- without having to perform, minimize, or rush to fix it. When you slow things down and understand your patterns in real time, change becomes possible in a way that sticks.

I’m engaged, down-to-earth, and direct when it matters. We’ll make sense of what’s been driving you, and focus on healing and skills that carry into your real life—not just the therapy hour.

The goal is never perfection. It is something truly transformative: a life that feels grounded, intentional, joyful, and truly your own. Psychotherapy has the potential to positively alter how we understand ourselves and others. It allows us to experience healing of our past and to learn how to respond to life’s challenges and setbacks constructively. It’s powerful and effective for people who are motivated and willing to do the work.
