Life’s challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, lost or even hopeless. We may feel we are working against ourselves. We want to make lasting changes but aren't sure how to begin. Alternatively, we may achieve a great deal in life yet continue to feel that something is missing. We struggle with self-criticism, difficulty making decisions, abandoning our needs to please others, or feeling shame and regret about the past. We often face self-doubt, anxiety or anger and get stuck using destructive coping mechanisms. Many of us have experienced trauma that stalls our growth or leaves us feeling that our relationships are doomed to fail.
